Addicted to LUSH

It's no secret that I'm obsessed with Lush. I can't resist picking up that mind blowing stuff. Here are some of my current favorites.

Hair

Daddy-O Shampoo

Daddy-O works to add volume, shine and brightness to your hair. I'm absolutely mad for this shampoo. It reduces brassy tones and maintains my hair color. While seaweed and organic lemon soften the hair, coconut and lime hydrates the hair and helps them shine.

Squeaky Green Shampoo Bar

Another fabulous shampoo. Rosemary and peppermint stimulate the scalp and work with nettle to stimulate the follicles and promote healthy hair growth.

H'Suan Wen Hua Hair Moisturiser

This amazing hair treatment contains free-range eggs (yes that's weird) which are full of protein and  help strengthen the hair. Fresh bananas and avocados are both rich in oils, they deeply moisturise and soften the hair.

Face

Cupcake face mask

I am obsessed with this mask. Cocoa gives a deep cleanse. Fresh mint stimulates and tones the skin.

The Sacred Truth Face Mask

It's never too early to start using anti-aging treatments. This mask defend the skin with Wheatgrass, Green Tea and Papaya, gives it great anti-oxidant effect.

Skin's Shangri La Moisturiser

I chose this cream for winter because it contains nourishing oils, added cocoa butter and beeswax. It gives a velvety texture and protects the skin perfectly.

Santa's Lip Scrub and Lip Tint

Jingle Bells.. and who can resist this gorgeous cola-flavored lip treatments. Caster sugar, dates and cherries scrub and soften, giving them a taste of Christmas.

Body and Bath

Happy Hippie Shower Gel

It smells divine like pink grapefruit and it left my skin ultra soft and fresh.

Yog Nog Christmas Soap

This soap is a must have for a Christmas time. It smells like festive heaven and moisturises skin with soya yoghurt.

Handy Gurugu Hand Cream

This fabulous cream is full of all known types of butter: shea, peanut, cashew and almond butters are blended with pumpkinseed and an infusion of rose water and rose absolute to reduce redness and hydrate.

Butterbear Bath Bomb

Is it possible to resist this super-cute bomb? I doubt it.

Cinders Bath Bomb

This one is my absolute favorite. Heat up your holidays with this sweet and spicy bomb. I feels like you're swimming in Christmas Punch. How cool is that?!

Milan Fashion week

For the first time I was so disappointed by LFW, I could barely choose a couple collections I really loved. But than came Milan and brought so much fun. Every single day was truly magical so I'd like to share some collections, which in my opinion were the best.

Carl seems to be at his best right now. I believe that this collection is the best Maestro's masterpiece so far not just because exclusively Cara's catwalk for Fendi in Milan, but for it's movement and extraordinary taste level.
Fendi
Miuccia Prada showed a seductive dark side of beauty emphasized with incredible fabrics.

Crazy Barbie show has just killed the runway and became the hottest news for all social networks.

New York Fashion Week SS'15 Part2

New York Fashion Week has come to an end. Last few days have been full of amazing collections that gave us a taste for Spring/Summer season.

One of my fave collections by Jenny Packham was inspired by immortal image of Marilyn Monroe.
Jenny Packham
Pamella Roland was inspired by Tokio which helped her to walk away from red carpet gowns. The collection is so elegant and feminine, the perfect combination of embraced pastels, elegant silhouette influenced by Kimono.

In the best traditions of Oscar de la Renta. Light, luminous, elegant and feminite.

New York Fashion Week SS'15 Part1

The first half on New York Fashion Week has passed, the new fashion marathon has begun. Heartbeat of all fashion fans accelerates daily cos this is just the beginning of new fashion season. The first days brought lots of amazing fashion shows and stunning collections. In this post I'd like to share my favourites from this couple days.

Tunisan desidner Max Azria launched his first brand "Bon Chic, Bon Genre" (BCBG) in 1989. Nowadays BCBG Max Azris Group is a global fashion house with 6 Max Azria labels. The SS'15 collection is very structured, but soft and weightless with sun-bleached pastel patterns. The preference is given to midi and maxi dresses.

BCBG Max Azria
Nicky Zimmermann was inspired by Italian-American artist David Palladini and his authentic style which gave the collection a bit of mysticism.

The new Art Director of Hugo Boss Jason Wu presented restrained but very refined and sophisticated collection with a little hit of sex. Big attention was given to green and white with two provocative gowns with massive cutouts and open backs.

Daily Care. Face.

Tha daily face care needs much more attention than the rest of the body. Proper skincare routine is essential for everyone. It is very important to find the right products that will work the best and to give the care enough time every day. All efforts are really worth it if you stick to the daily ritual of care, the result will not be long in coming.
Here are some tipsof how I take care of my skin and my favourite products.
Creamy milk cleanser, foamimg gel, toner
The very first and the most important step is cleansing. I couldn't find the right product for my skin for a very long time until I saw the Lierac cosmetic in Dubai airport. Lierac was launched in 1975 by a cosmetic doctor in France. I'm a big fan of this brand and I'd say it's the best cleansers I have ever tried! ( and I have tried a lot)

Summer favourites

Summer is gradually leaving, the heat and sunshine gives way to rain. This was a wonderful time of white nights, open terraces and chilling sangria. In this article I’d like to give a credit to stuff I’ve been loving a lot.

  • Body Shop Body Sorbet
This is very soft, light, matte body moisturiser that melts on the skin in a few seconds after applying. I've been loving this product so much this summer.
  • Cupcake Fresh Face Mask by Lush
Cupcake Lush mask with cocoa powder and fresh mint is just the best Lush product on the planet and definitely the best face mask I've ever tried! Cocoa powder gives a deep cleanse the skin while fresh mint tones and calms rednesses.
  • Chubby Stick Baby Tint Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm Clinique
I truly love this product! This product is so easy to wear, it's not sticky at all and it provides just the right amount of color and lasts few hours.

Autumn/winter 2014 trends

In anticipation of the new fashion marathon, which begins already in less than 2 weeks, I'd like to look back at six months ago and to refresh the trends of upcoming autumn.

Military
For the decades fashion designers were inspired by the elements of the military uniform.
Daks, Balmain, Philipp Plein
Over-the-knee boots
Continuing the theme of military another trend should be mentioned. Over-the-knee boots are getting more popular popularity with each season.
Donna Karan, Herve Leger, Ralph Rucci
Fur madness
Apologize to “Greenpeace”..
Dolce&Gabbana, Fendi, Alexander McQueen

Fashion and style

Fashion and style. The two closely related concepts but many people mistakenly put the "equal" sign between them. It is not enough just to be fashionable and blindly copy over pictures from the magazines, so it is difficult to just be stylish without paying any attention to fashion. It is important to catch the balance, to find the unique style and to correlate it with the fashion trends - that is the objective of multi-million industry. The main message, in my opinion is not to impose people invented by someone images but to help them to find something unique. After all, the sense of style is not the gift that is given to us either at birth or not, it is available absolutely to everyone.
As for me personally, my way haven't been easy at all. In fact, it took a lot of time and effort to find my own style. Unfortunately, the secondary school have been a challenge to my sense of style and it took ages to fix all that mistakes. Almost every year I was thrown from one extreme to another, the biggest failure was probably the "skater style" in the age of 14 with massive sneakers, wide jeans and sweatshirts. First year of the University has brought new experiments in my life. This year was marked by glamor, when I couldn't even go to the store without heels and full face make up.
I should also mention my mother's effort. She directed me to the right path and helped me to find my own style. Since then, my passion and love for the fashion industry has began. I have found this hobby that makes me very happy, that I adore and truly love.
Happy birthday to my blog !!
