Autumn/winter 2014 trends

In anticipation of the new fashion marathon, which begins already in less than 2 weeks, I'd like to look back at six months ago and to refresh the trends of upcoming autumn.

Military
For the decades fashion designers were inspired by the elements of the military uniform.
Daks, Balmain, Philipp Plein
Over-the-knee boots
Continuing the theme of military another trend should be mentioned. Over-the-knee boots are getting more popular popularity with each season.
Donna Karan, Herve Leger, Ralph Rucci
Fur madness
Apologize to “Greenpeace”..
Dolce&Gabbana, Fendi, Alexander McQueen

Colour blocking
Should be the hottest trend of upcoming season. One of the most famous masterpieces has become legendary dress "Mondrian" day dress by Yves Saint Laurent in the fall of 1965.
Paul&Joe, J.Mendel, Fausto Fuglisi, Valentino
Tales of autumn
Imagine is the new inspiration.
Badgley Mishka, Marchesa, Alberta Feretti, Anna Sui
 Shopping chic
Now shopping is not only vital and surprisingly enjoyable, but also super trendy. "Go on shopping!" shout Alexander Wang and Karl Lagerfeld.
Balenciaga, Chanel
Marshmallow
Delicate white marshmallow bows come to the forefront of the fall trends.

Ralph Lauren, David Koma, Gareth Pugh, Tod's
Capes
That’s where the cape steps in. Following the British designers, the trend was picked up by the Italians.
Temperley London, Salvatore Ferragamo, Etro, Burberry
Red
One of the most fashionable colors of the season - a fiery red, will not leave anyone indifferent.
Carolina Herrera, Ralph Rucci, Andrew Gn
Aquamarine

The “hottest” color of this autumn.
Vercace, Agnona, Elie Saab
